You may need to turn off
your anti-virus or firewall program (s) before you try to install the
browser. Please follow the instructions that come with that
software. If you do not, it is possible that the download of the
browser may not work properly. If you are installing the browser at
work, you may also need to get System Administrator approval so
check this with your IT Department.
Canaux Focus works in
conjunction with Microsoft Internet Explorer. In order to recognize
and track you in our system, you will also need to ensure that you
have enabled "cookies" in your version of Internet Explorer.
Once we have received
confirmation that your payment has been processed we will send you a
confirmation email that your access to the system has been provided.
This usually takes no more than 24 hours except on weekends.
Then,
launch the browser by clicking on the CanauxFocus icon that now
appears on your desktop, enter your username and password, click
connect, select "TheTrainingBank-IARM" , click enter and you're in. We
recommend on your first visit to the system you review channels 2, 3
and 4. These channels provide easy to follow instructions on how to
use the system and get the most out of your course.
Click here to view a short movie which demonstrates how to login the
first time.
Access using CanauxLite
If for some reason you
are unable to download the browser or if you are a MAC user,
complete the registration form as explained above, but don't install
the browser. You can access the course using our internet portal
version of the system. It offers most of the functionality of the
browser but does not have the same hi-level security. To go to
CanauxLite, click on the Login: CanauxLite link which is at the top of
our Home page, enter your username and password, click connect,
select TheTrainingBank-IARM, click enter and your in. Again, we
recommend that if this is your first time in the system you review
Channels 2 and 4 for important information on how to best use this
system.
You will also need to be
sure you have enabled "cookies" as described above.
If you encounter any
problems, please
